Henry Rabell has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1982. Henry joined Bosshardt Realty in October of 2002. He immediately became a standout qualifying for the prestigious multi-million dollar producer award his first year with the company. Henry continues to enjoy a successful career in Real Estate and has continued to exceeding his past years sales quotas. During his short period with Bosshardt, Henry has successfully completed and received certifications both as a new homes sales professional (CSP) Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation and his Broker Associate designation. Henry attributes his success in Real Estate to his extensive background experience in both direct sales and sales management, as well as to his diverse multicultural upbringing. In conjunction to his current Real Estate career, Henry is the founder and President of Chem Light Plus (CLP), a Florida Corporation involved in the design and installation of energy efficient lighting. Henry has over 17 years experience in the development and management of service and product business in the commercial/industrial sectors. Thirteen of those years have been with CLP. He also has 17 years experience in the marketing and sales of specialty lighting products. Henry is the guiding light at CLP and until recently, devoted most of his time fulfilling the functions of executive manager, marketing and sales. Until it's merger with Chem Light Plus, Henry developed, owned, and operated Eagle Distributing Company, Inc. a Florida corporation engaged in the sale and distribution of specialty lighting products. The operations core business plan focused on national sales and marketing through the use of direct telemarketing efforts. The company employed over 38 full time employees. Henry was instrumental in developing all aspects of the company with his strong suit being in training, sales, and motivation. Prior to moving to Gainesville in 1987, Henry spent the better part of his adult life working in sales and/or sales management positions. Four years were devoted as the sales manager for Sunset Distribution Company, Inc. (a specialty lighting company). Two years were spent as a sales representative for Marathon Supply, Inc. (a construction products company). Two and a half years were spent working as a Real Estate agent for Ahoya Real Estate (land sales in Cape Coral, Florida) and The Terraces Condo, Inc. (an apartment condominium conversion project in Miami).
